In 1942, in a suburban town, Victor gathered friends to celebrate his wife Sophie’s birthday, despite the restrictions imposed by the occupation. The convivial evening was brutally interrupted by gunshots outside; two German officers were shot dead. SS Commander Kaubach burst into the flat and demanded two hostages to replace the fugitives. The guests had two hours to choose them from among themselves…
Playing the role of one of the seven guests, Pierre, a veteran who had returned blind, I was, like all my comrades, constantly on stage.
